The technical infrastructure relied on a large-scale MS SQL Server environment managing massive datasets of and patient data. We developed sophisticated SQL queries with window functions and automated the workflow through custom stored procedures. This enabled weekly report refreshes, ensuring the insurance providers always had access to live compliance metrics and granular demographic insights.

By performing rigorous data cleaning on these large-scale datasets, we resolved inconsistencies that would have skewed performance scores. Our interactive Power BI reports became the definitive tool for the clients’ early assessments, identifying service gaps and providing the evidence required to successfully claim their government financial incentives.
